Refill System

✓ No refill will be provided on a 1% dropping. The refill system works at least on a 2% drop or more. For example, if you get 1000 subscribers and out of that 5 subscribers drop, then no refill But the refill system does work if 10 subscribers drop out of 1000 then the refill system will work.
